Should I call each office individually?

The only problem I see with emailing is that it could go in there junk folder, right?

I'm a door salesman, I do cold calling on a personal basis for a living.

Make sure you're talking to the person in charge of the operation - the head cheese. Always, ALWAYS start off the conversation saying "Hi, sorry to bother you..." They want to know you value their time first of all. After this you have 30 seconds to grab their attention on your focus. Just go right into how you will better their business and make them TONS of money. Minimize and maximize, minimize efforts, maximize income etc... I.E. "You'll be paying a small fee but in return have a highly profitable customer base bringing in a lot of money."

I've been a door salesman to and Polluxo said it all.

So don't be emailing. Just go F2F or call them up personally. Use the hints Polluxo got and try to get them intrested. If you have like 2 or 3 leads the first time its still money in your pocket. After that just expand. Eventually build their sites, give them hosting. The sky is the limit ;)

I don't see a problem with emailing. Might as well cut ourselves some work if we can. Shoot out an email to everyone at once (so they see there are other potential buyers). If you get no responses, then you start going in.

Hey i am in the process of getting my website to number 1 on google. i am targeting plastic surgeons. how many daily visits do you get?

Hi there,

This wouldn't work for dentists in my area/country since they are run off their feet
already and being a dentist here is a licence to print money. You checked whether
or not they need more advertising right? Hope it works out for ya, if not you can
always use the info on this thread for another niche.

Find out what the value of each customer is to a dentist first, then build the site
and get it in the top results with traffic details, then go and do the sales thing.
What I would do anyways. Good luck :D

I have worked on getting a site (relating to dentistry) to the top of Google for keywords in my city.

I want to contact dentists and offer them to rent out the site. Keep in mind, I have the phone numbers of 110 dentists in my city.

Now, which of these two options would you recommend?

1) Call each dentist on my own, one by one

2) Use a service where I can record a 30 second clip, load phone numbers, and have it call all 110 dentists at once

hey how many dentist are you planing to get in your website and where are targeting your backlink home page or some other page please let me know because im doing the same thing thanx ps i would go with the first method and maybe we could team up 50/50 thanx again

i read on this forum i think a guy say that he rings the dentist out of offices hours
and leaves a message on the answering machine and if he gets a call back then
that means that the dentist is intrested

Here's a great method I recently read about in a book called "Cold Calling is a Wast of Time: Sales Success In The Information Age"

Using Faxes/Flyers Properly - A Twist on Door Banging

Call each office and tell them you need to send some faxed information over about their website, and ask who it needs to be faxed to. Or, if you want to be really creative, tell them you're a patient and need to fax over updated insurance info

Create a good 1 page fax that really sells the sizzle. Don't tell them everything, just intrigue them with enough information to make them call, so you can set an appointment (since you're doing this locally). Get creative! Funny/boarderline provocative can work.

Get them to call you, and you'll be in a position of power. You don't want to waste time with tirekickers.

As an aside, here's a link to a post I made a while back w/ a free list of dentists/chiropractors/attorneys/vets. Has email information too (but be sure to scrub the list):

Good luck.
