Yes its real. Its the biggest website in this specific niche. Thats why it gets a lot of high authority backlinks from newspapers or other webistes with high authority

7500€ price for a site making 333€/month is a pretty good deal imo.

Did it drop in rankings or something? Or why is the guy selling it for as low as 22x?
