Hello I found an offer for an affiliate website. It got about 10000 monthly visitors and is ranking for over 3000 keywords. Price is 7500€. What do you think guys? Good price?

Check the backlink profile to see the actual work put into It. Make sure It isn’t just a pbn that the guy will move after sale. Also check earnings to make sure they are legit. Then you can decide

How to make sure the guy is not lying about his earnings?

make sure the visitors are from the US or other first tier countries

The usual formula depending on the niche and traffic source is to sell sites at a value equal to multiples of the monthly average net proffit.

Depends on earning.
Useless if it is not earning much

4000€ in 2020

Depends on the potential you see in growing it. in my opinion you buy a website to enjoy the core it has, but make it something yours, rather than just let it lay around and age, which the current owner can do as well, and probably chose not to do so, for a reason.

Make your checks correctly don’t trust any screenshots check everything live then you may decide.

There are alot of factors touching the price. It’s difficult to say without knowing them you can post the details here after you check them.

Judging by the price, its pbn powered.

usually sellers remove the PBNs after sale. Or they will end up as no follow.
The site will tank.

Price is good, 2 years to get your money back, if you can maintain it. The average is between 12-36 months.

I dont think its pbn powered. Most german website owners dont even know what a Pbn is. It just got a lot of strong backlinks from german newspapers

Depends on a lot of stuff but you are off to a good start I would say.

Do you have more details ? Niche ?

What about backlink profile ?
PBN's ?

I would your attention on what content, keywords and geo brings traffic.
Not any traffic converts good.

Is the link profile real? What does tools like ahrefs say? My most important question would be if I see potential to grow the income of the site easily.
