If you could obtain a monetized youtube account most likely through bhw marketplace how would you make money. Of course it's monetised but that means nothing without getting traffic to the video. What type of vids would you post.

I have been running a channel since 2015, i know a thing or two and i'll be straight forward with you...YouTube today is not as it used to be 2 years ago and back. It's way more strict now, unless you can bring true value to your videos, i would highly suggest that you avoid youtube. The compilation videos are out of the question (my channel type was in this category and it got demonetized alongside all of my friends's channels even with 1mil subs). Gone are the days when you could mix a few funny videos of animals, make a summer chill mix, workout mix or whatever, share it on fb and earn easy $. You gotta put in the work now and can only make it if you are serious, passionate about it and willing to give 100%. If you don't plan on investing enough time into this, i wouldn't bother, just grow a facebook page (Video monetization + instant articles). But since you asked, i would suggest:

1. Kids channel — Play with toys, open card packs, draw shit etc...(i'm being serious).
2. Look up "TechRax" on youtube. Easy stuff to do and people go nuts for that type of content.
3. Buy a hydraulic press and crush stuff. (combine 2. & 3.)
4. There's always Mukbang lol
5. ASMR is still trending i think

I could probably list a few more but my brain won't cooperate.

Anyways, That's my take on it. Do what you gotta do, just inform yourself well before you decide to begin your youtube journey. Good luck!:)

For sure, i know people as well who are still earning with those type of videos. I'm just pointing out that imo it's not worth starting from scratch, uploading ineligible content and getting dropped after a few months. He needs a clean start if he want's a long term revenue. If not, then he can upload whatever.
