These bots are kept visiting my pages, should I just block them? my site monetized with adsense.

Why do you want to block Google bots from crawling your website?
If you're doing something wrong and using Adsense you'll get a manual review if you block the google bots.

Is that a tier 1 site? then yeah you could do it. Not for your money site
