web 2.0 have always been good to build backlinks for your site.
Using web 2.0 to gain backlinks is good but make sure it wouldn't be in big numbers

I already know that web2.0 are good for ranking... but I'm saying should I blast them with GSA or no? Will that help or not?

Try creating PBN sites on a different hosting, with a different domain and with a different author name.

Your own PBN network should use as T1 not as T2

you can use gsa to scrape but scapebox can scrape the best web 2.0 and then blast back from gsa.
the scapebox method takes skill and pratice .
