Should I atleast give IM a try?

Hello!
I have been looking around here now for a while, but I just don't find anything appealing to me. This all IM just doesn't interest me, but should I atleast give it a try, because right now I don't know if I should look for something else or atleast give this a try, that maybe I'll change my mind after I have made like my first 5 dollars maybe.
I hope you understand what I mean. Thanks!

It depends on your financial needs etc.

Do you think people flipping burgers for $5 an hour enjoy flipping burgers? They do it so they have money and ability to pay bills.

Like someone said, people who flip burgers, sweep the streets may hate there job but it's what pays the bills.

Now Internet marketing, can make you some money BUT

Firstly, your not interested in IM - which takes some learning

Secondly, it's not a get rich over night scheme and some people take a long time to make money and a lot never really do make any money.

This combination imo, you should move onto something you enjoy.

No, you should find something else. If you have no interest in it then you won't put in enough effort to see any reward.

If you get a job where sowm one else is employing you, you're guaranteed a wage. Turn up to work and get paid. With IM you could put in hours and hours of effort and still have nothing to show for it, so it's not worth it for someone without any interest

Couldn't agree more, the OP forcing himself, hours upon hours doing this work, will realise, like a lot of people who genuinely do have an interest. It's not as easy as it looks. You can work hours upon hours for nothing.

I even seen a thread the other day on here "how to make $1" - well some people where suggesting micro freelancing site, where you can get $1 - 3 for 3 hours work.This is the reality, thing aren't as easy as they look and require a genuine interest and motivation to learn, as well as a lot of failures.

You can merge what you like with IM. For instance have a blog about what you like, build social media accounts around what you like and later try with affiliates regarding that. Many people do what they don't like but love the rewards and that is why they stay in the game. You might fall in love with IM once you understand a bit more how does it work and when you start doing something really serious.
 
The answer is in your question. If this is something that is not appealing to you then you won't be successful. It's not like a job that there will be a boss and force you to this and that. You will succeed only if you are passionate. :)
