whether you ban him or not it wont really matter. his reputation is undoubtedly so damaged by the topics about him that he probably won't be able to sell anything again anyway. Once the mass community passes judgment on you thats it. though I am reserving judgement because I was not involved in his goings on, hence i will not vote.

Agreed, he really screwed himself over. The rules are set to prevent shit like this from happening, trying to bypass them only makes you look like you have bad intentions; even if you don't.

Off with his head

I would just ban and get it over with.. The rules are there in BST for a reason.

Well who knows.
* Dns resolved cantbustme.com to 67.159.45.52

Same ip, could be or couldnt be, but they have used it :D so who knows

67.159.45.52 is the IP of an anonymous proxy that may be
cantbustme.com
webproxy.pro
unblocked.org
proxymafia.net
boratproxy.com
nuip.net
anonr.com
proxypimp.com

or any other anonymous proxy from the Privax network (hxxp://www.privax.us/).

Why shall one hide his IP when he visits this forum?

If you have not read threads about this and want a quick catchup

http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/making-money/17202-income-greed-not-recommended.html

What i have done is banned him for 7 days so far as a temp measure.
Until either it lifts or everyone agrees to make this forever.

The program has caused many problems and a few of his other programs, that was hyped up here, he skipped paying BST fees and promoted his stuff for sale, then never wanted to show admins/mods here the content for approval (which is the rules).

We do not share your stuff with anyone, only us will see it, is is needed for the review to make sure nobody here is getting scammed. Clayton indeed did not want to do this with the program before this Income Greed, i think personally its best he is removed for good because of the last 2 programs he has pre-launched here, the one i asked to see was never launched, even though he hyped it for a long time. And now this second one hes trying to promote here is causing even more hassles.

So I have opened this poll, to make it fair, as this forum is indeed YOUR forum too. So your opinion counts.

So Should he be banned? And if you vote you can stay anonymous, you dont have to leave a comment but it would be appreciated. Again you dont have too.

Thanks.

Either you enforce the rules equally for every member, or the rules will become useless.

Hence every member agreed to the rules before to post in the forum, it is desirable that rules and consequent measures shall be applied.

While I don't know the product or the person in question I agree with artswerdstone .

Oh... HARRO, you really install adware to innocent people and do all dirty "black hat" things? well, i'm very disappointed. How could you? don't tell me you even promote Zango cause you'll gonna break my hart.

True wisdom right there. Ban. Forever.

I just think you delete all semblance of income greed, but let him stay on. If he wants to promote the damn thing in his sig let him.

That is however about it. He wasn't the one going around promoting the thing in other users signatures. This whole situation is ridiculous in my opinion. A permanent ban is a little too much, and you all know it is.

I?m new to this forum so of course this controversy caught my eye immediately. From someone more or less on the outside looking in I am having a hard time understanding what all the fuss is about. First off, unless some posts have been deleted, I can?t find where this Clayton guy was actively promoting his membership anywhere on this forum, and believe me, I?ve looked for it. The only references I can find directly from him were in defense of his program to some of the comments made by others. What I have been able to find basically boils down to this:
Two members of this forum seemed to be promoting Clayton?s membership site as affiliates. One of them, Smitty, discovered some additional information at some point and decided to stop promoting it. What I?m really curious about is the other member of this forum, Monty, who was not only promoting it but gave an endorsement/testimonial regarding how great Clayton?s membership site really is. No one seems to be too bent out of shape about this. In fact, it seems like a good portion of this forum are currently giving him props and support in his endeavor to quit his day job. Seems a bit hypocritical to me that no one is calling Monty out on this.
So what is Clayton really being banned for? He was not actively promoting his membership on this forum. Others were. So am I to assume that if I were to promote some product or membership on this forum as an affiliate, and the owner of this product or membership did not want to share it with the moderators of this forum, then you would all clamor to have this owner banned from this sight?
I agree with Metalan1 that this whole situation seems ridiculous.

To remove any confusion, read again the thread starter post:

Did you ever read forum rules? Or did you just clicked on 'I accept' without reading inside?

You can read them here:

http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/misc.php?do=cfrules

And below is an excerpt relevant to the present Clayton case:

22 ? Buy, Sell, Trade (BST) Section ? This is the section of the forum where you are allowed to sell items to other members. The cost to start a thread in the Buy, Sell, Trade section is $20. You must have at least one Administrator or Moderator review your product BEFORE it can be approved for sale here. You must supply a FULL working copy (NO DEMOS) or FULL access to an Administrator or Moderator. You must provide proof of earnings or legitimacy to back up your claims. If your item is not a BHW exclusive, the price you sell your items for here MUST match the lowest price offered elsewhere. If you are not comfortable with these terms, then you will not be allowed to sell here.

I have a few things to say.

Firstly - anyone that posts stuff on here like that, throws not only themselves into question but the reputation of anyone that posts things on the forum. In the past month or two ? there has been countless number of non reputable activity going on here, and since I joined not too long ago, the situation has got markedly worse.

This is no fault of the mods / admins / whatever, but a simple fact of life, when things get popular, things get exploited.

Anyways

People shouldn't promote others programs in sigs It's downright confusing. If someone has a program, let them promote it themselves, and if it's shit or god forbid exploits our members, get the ban hammer and nuke their ass if membera says memberb has a great product and it's shit, you end up with a situation that ends up affecting two people, by all means if your a mod / admin and able to back something then cool, but if not then wtf?

If Clayton was the guy posting his shitty programs, I'm sure this would have been a cut and dry matter - he gets banned cos he has broke the rules. But we've had a few reputable members promote his product (why?) which led to some inaccurate assumptions being made. I'm not one making millions here, so I'm not qualified to say,

So you are not allowed to have a signature promoting something unless you pay? In the BST section?

Artswerdstone: Since I have no intention of selling anything on this site, at least not yet, I will freely admit that I did not bother reading anything relevant to the Buy, Sell, Trade section. My post was simply a quick take on the current situation regarding Income Greed. I was under the impression that this was the topic that precipitated the current controversy. If Clayton has not paid money owed, that is one matter. It just seems as though everyone is commenting on the current controversy and not accounts receivable.

It?s an antithesis thing. Nobody wants to think that he didn?t do anything wrong simply because HaRRo thinks he did and everyone would simply follow along, he didn?t do anything wrong. I?m sure many members aren?t pitching in on this subject because they know it is quite ridiculous and it shouldn?t even be this far.

If he actually did anything that broken the rules, yesterday, show me which rules, or if he did broke the rules any other time before yesterday, why did you just ban him yesterday? Oh? yeah, because you?re ?sick? of the ?way? (stated in the other thread) blah blah, HaRRo is just an egocentric bigot and that?s not an insult, I?m just using the appropriate definitions for which I see.

As for the massive support for his banning, I think they?re simply members with no independent thinking, at-least most or has been subjected to the duress idea that Clayton did anything wrong in the first place. He didn?t give HaRRo a review of his product which wasn?t even complete yet when HaRRo was basically breathing down his neck, so what? I wouldn?t either if I searched Google and found what I found about HaRRo.

I?m really not concerned of what he did, which was harmless, like any marketer would, I?m concerned that he was banned, for no reason other than a debatable opinion from HaRRo, that his business sickens him for all we know, what could that mean? I like the smart talk, but let?s not play stupid; I?d like a solid answer to his banning, in the first place. I?d say a direct copy & paste from the rulebook?

It?s funny how many people seem to hate the guy, like they know him, but I think it?s because their precious administrator couldn?t get a review. For all we know, the content could be awesome. It?s ridiculous how everyone is trying to smear on the guy simply because one forum major does, where?s independent thinking? It was a dead horse then, HaRRo said he didn?t need the content, he?d wipe his ass with it, he?s ?semi-retired? and has a ?mansion?, ?Lamborghini?, whatever (indirect quote, just that I have better grammar saying it) ? sounds like a diehard jerk.

You can tell he did nothing wrong, this is HaRRo?s guilty conscience at play, ?I banned him for 7 days?, ?Should Clayton be banned for good? ? such a sneaky pos. this reason you give in this thread why he should be banned, is highly opinion and debatable, not anything I see in the rulebook or do you make up stuff as you go?

I?d like to see the actual rules broken, stop the B.S. All of you, who feel he has broken the rules, show the money. I keep hearing this B.S., but I don?t see it which rules Clayton broken, show me, I must be blind.

P.S. ? I?m sorry if I disrespect or offended someone, but this doesn?t make sense. That?s another bold lie brought to you by Harro, he never made it to the BST, arg, such a blatant liar, and he never made it that far. His threads were closed, he left, recently returned to clear the mess about his product. He never had a BST about incomegreed up, so harro is saying he had some type of credit, had his product sold in the BST, skipped fees, and now didn?t pay? No! This is way ridiculous now, people are simply lying, the admin. Do you guys HONESTLY think they would allow him to sell something in the BST (HE OBVIOUSLY didn?t sell anything, he would HAVE to pay the fees, he didn?t bypass shit, he never made it that far, lies, wow.)

My $0.02, if anybody else is allowed.

- Peace

Guess what? You're two cents isn't allowed...

Read the fucking thread dipshit, artswerdstone has already pasted from the rules, they specifically state.

"The cost to start a thread in the Buy, Sell, Trade section is $20. You must have at least one Administrator or Moderator review your product BEFORE it can be approved for sale here."

Since he decided to forgo both of these stipulations, he is guilty of deceiving the staff and not supporting the bst section WHICH EVERYONE ELSE DOES. Therefore those are the exact rules he broke, he was acting sketchy the whole time and everyone saw it. So shut the fuck up you 1 post twat.

Goodbye.

Wait, how did he circumvent the BST rules? Is it not allowed to post something in your sig file?

Did he post a thread somewhere else in the forum promoting income greed?

How did he get a thread in the BST section without paying. I just do not get how he broke the rules. I mean everyone promotes shit in their sigs.

Metalan1, he didn't post in BST he opened the thread about his program in another category hence circumventing the bst fee. You can have whatever you want in your signature, what we are discussing here is not income greed, it is for his first product mystery income. He clearly did not follow the rules, one by listing it in another thread category other than bst to get "interest" and then not allowing at least one admin or mod access to look at his material. It may seem stupid to you guys but it's in your interest so no one gets suckered into worthless shit.
