3. Do you provide the products?

No. Products are not included. You'll provide your own products, or we can recommend suitable sourcing options for your niche.

4. Can I request revisions?

Yes. Every package includes revisions based on the selected plan to ensure the final store aligns with the agreed project scope.

5. Will I be able to edit my store after delivery?

Yes. Shopify is user-friendly, and we'll provide basic guidance so you can confidently manage products, pages, collections, and content after launch.

6. Do you offer support after delivery?

Yes. Every package includes post-delivery support according to the selected package, including assistance with fixes, guidance, and general questions.

7. Do you sign an NDA?

8. Are premium Shopify themes included?

    • "So I reached out because I needed a full Shopify store built for my skincare/beauty dropshipping brand, Sainlsy. First thing I noticed was how easy @Trendfox agency was to talk to. A lot of times when you're dealing with providers here you get short replies or you have to wait hours just to get a simple answer, but that wasn't the case at all. He replied fast, explained things properly when I didn't understand something, and never once felt rushed or annoyed by my questions (and I had a lot of them lol).
    • The store itself came out really clean. He used the Tinker theme and built out the homepage with proper sections, hero banner, featured collections, before/after section, the whole thing. Products were already imported too, over 60 of them through CJ Dropshipping, all organized into collections properly instead of just dumped in randomly like I've seen with some cheaper services.
    • Turnaround time was another thing I was kind of expecting to be an issue since a lot of providers stretch things out near the deadline, but he actually delivered before the TAT we agreed on. Everything was working, mobile view was smooth, navigation made sense, and the store honestly looked ready to launch.
    • Would recommend if you're looking for someone who actually delivers what they say instead of disappearing halfway or cutting corners. I'd order from him again for future stuff, no doubt."
