Shopify questions for masters

So, one of my clients bough entire Shopify business and wants me to give it a look.
I find Shopify very confusing to be completely honest.

When he bought business he was persuaded that whole dropship chain (delivery, transactions) is handled by Shopify itself.
However, I can't seem to locate any type of settings/options within Shopify dashboard for that?
How does that supplier chain works? Is there some setting where I can choose different supplier from the list?

You have to be careful with pharmaceuticals and shopify, they can ban your account in a sec, they almost did that with one of my clients for the sanitizers, and had us remove them.
