Shopify questions for masters

So, one of my clients bough entire Shopify business and wants me to give it a look.
I find Shopify very confusing to be completely honest.

When he bought business he was persuaded that whole dropship chain (delivery, transactions) is handled by Shopify itself.
However, I can't seem to locate any type of settings/options within Shopify dashboard for that?
How does that supplier chain works? Is there some setting where I can choose different supplier from the list?

I'm also interested to know how can I connect some automatic dropship chain for pharmaceuticals(botox injections, lip fillers, etc.) on Shopify. Is this even possible?

I have a lot of experience with shopify, but its not a dropship, it is more of B2B and B2C type of sites. For the dropship, check the apps, it must have some type of an app that do the dropship, you need to find that, see the attached screenshot.

You have to be careful with pharmaceuticals and shopify, they can ban your account in a sec, they almost did that with one of my clients for the sanitizers, and had us remove them.
