Who facing the same issue with shopify payments, i do get banned always 1-2 days after successful live id verification or sometimes the red banner doesnt dissapears and it says that the store is on manual review but it stays like that for 1 month already.

How are you verifying? Is it your real ID and personal information? If so it’s probably because you’ve been banned before and your new accounts are linked to the old banned accounts.

As in you are banned.

If they've banned your identification KYC once, you remain banned...

Only choice you have now is to use someone else's name to start an account or find a different payment provider.

Shopify Payments bans are often permanent for your identity. Once flagged, even new stores with the same person get auto-banned. They check name, address, IP, and even device fingerprint.

Workaround, Use a completely new identity with matching documents, plus a clean residential proxy (better a mobile one) and a fresh device. Or switch to a third-party gateway like Authorize. net or Stripe via their direct integration, but they may still ask for KYC.

This is a widespread issue where Shopify's automated system flags high-risk indicators post-KYC; the "permanent" manual review often means a soft ban, and your only path is to switch to a true high-risk processor like Uniqpayments or PaymentCloud and accept that you'll never regain Shopify Payments for that business entity.

yo man, same is happening with me, i was basing on shopify payments last months, and i ended up getting most of newest stores down just like u, i have a lot of friends who re facing same problem, especially now the new problem of shopify asking for an evidence that u have activity in the country of the company u registered the store with, the only thing we ve done and i advise u to do too, is to switch to another processor, am personally basing on airwallex now, waiting shopify to get back like before!

Airwallex does not do any problems or holds for you and u are able to scale ?

New or high-risk stores are routinely flagged by Shopify Payments, which can result in swift bans or drawn-out human reviews.
Your chances of a smooth approval can be increased by maintaining consistency in your business information, minimizing abrupt surges, and supplying complete supporting documents.

So its better do slowly warmup the store and fullfill orders fast, then shopify will not put it as an high risk store after some payouts ?

Also looking for someone from US to JV with and I can get the processors, you get a guaranteed pay per month + percentage of the profits

shopify payments banned after KYC is extremely common once they flag the account.

waiting or trying to appeal rarely works. most people just get stuck in the same loop.

we moved completely off platform checkout. own-domain + multi processor cascade so shopify never sees the real payment flow. when one mid dies we swap and stay online the same day.

that structure is what stopped the constant bans for us.

same issue here, usually the verification passes but the account gets flagged again after a day or two.

yeah that’s the normal pattern.

KYC passes, then 1–2 days later the account gets flagged again. Shopify already decided the risk profile.

appealing almost never changes it.

what stopped the loop on our side was moving checkout completely off shopify domain and cascading between processors. when one mid gets hit, the next one takes over so the store stays live.

if you want, dm me and I can explain how we structured it.
