If they've banned your identification KYC once, you remain banned...Who facing the same issue with shopify payments, i do get banned always 1-2 days after successful live id verification or sometimes the red banner doesnt dissapears and it says that the store is on manual review but it stays like that for 1 month already.
no everything clean and new from bank to proxy to antidetect fingerprint everything new and cleanHow are you verifying? Is it your real ID and personal information? If so it’s probably because you’ve been banned before and your new accounts are linked to the old banned accounts.
As in you are banned.
Yeah i use always mobile proxy, thanks for your help. what do you can recommend which payment alternative ?Shopify Payments bans are often permanent for your identity. Once flagged, even new stores with the same person get auto-banned. They check name, address, IP, and even device fingerprint.
Workaround, Use a completely new identity with matching documents, plus a clean residential proxy (better a mobile one) and a fresh device. Or switch to a third-party gateway like Authorize. net or Stripe via their direct integration, but they may still ask for KYC.
So its not even worth to wait ?This is a widespread issue where Shopify's automated system flags high-risk indicators post-KYC; the "permanent" manual review often means a soft ban, and your only path is to switch to a true high-risk processor like Uniqpayments or PaymentCloud and accept that you'll never regain Shopify Payments for that business entity.
Airwallex does not do any problems or holds for you and u are able to scale ?yo man, same is happening with me, i was basing on shopify payments last months, and i ended up getting most of newest stores down just like u, i have a lot of friends who re facing same problem, especially now the new problem of shopify asking for an evidence that u have activity in the country of the company u registered the store with, the only thing we ve done and i advise u to do too, is to switch to another processor, am personally basing on airwallex now, waiting shopify to get back like before!
So its better do slowly warmup the store and fullfill orders fast, then shopify will not put it as an high risk store after some payouts ?New or high-risk stores are routinely flagged by Shopify Payments, which can result in swift bans or drawn-out human reviews.
Your chances of a smooth approval can be increased by maintaining consistency in your business information, minimizing abrupt surges, and supplying complete supporting documents.
Correct, it's not worth waiting. The manual review is essentially a permanent soft ban, so switch to a dedicated high-risk processor to keep your business running. So its not even worth to wait ?
