Shopify Payment Ban? - Too high chargeback rate

Its because I only sold the product for 2 days in june, so I only got about 15 orders. And I received 4 chargebacks in june from orders in April. This meant I had like a 30% chargeback which is why the account got banned. However I can't see anything on my shopify payments, or payout page.

Just wondering if anyone has experiencing the same before, and if your other stores got affected and what you did to get unbanned.
