Shopify outside US, UK or Canada

Hi all i am new here.
I wanted to implement some of the methods on shopify but I don't live in United States United Kingdom or Canada. What are the difirences(how different does it work) from those countries and what can i do to make it happen? (I read that the shopify card reader isn't available) Thanks.

You don't need to live in those countries to use shopify and you can use paypal to accept payment

I live in India and use Shopify for my stores too. There's nothing different apart from the payment gateway processors available. You won't have Shopify Payments is all.

Thank you. I have one more question is there any cheap payment processor and do i have to open business paypal account if I use Paypal as processor

I read some shopify journeys and got some confusion that with paypal there will be some problems...
paypal limits accounts and other issues...
is it?
