Anybody reading this then hello.

I'm learning about Shopify drop shipping and it all seems good so far but I struggle about what niches to sell. I've read alot about finding UNIQUE niche products to sell which is fine, but with thousands of products already out there that people are selling its difficult to find something unique. I've thought hard and came up with 2 niches but I'm definitely not the only one with this idea.
All the items for my 2 niches are on AliExpress and are the same as my competitors. Any advice would be welcome

Everyone has the same idea, you just need to make it better.
Not many unique things out there

Thanks for your input @jasonrat.

I wouldn't know how to make it better. Haha. Everything that I would of done my competitors have already done, I.E video ads ect. Its 2 good niches though. The response that 1 of the same niche site got was amazing, their video got 1m views on FB. I found out all this after I thought of my niche and did some research. I don't know what to do now, go back to the drawing board or continue as I am!

well you need to get some balls and do what youre competitors are doing, do keyword research, therres loadfs of courses available in download section where you take snippets and do direct action, start branding, optimising, keyword research, get proper photos, design

It’s hard to find a niche for some, a lot overthink it. The best niches I’ve been in with dropshipping is micro niches. Like, if someone is into let’s say NASCAR. What is something micro in nascar? The driver? The drivers team? Their sponsor? I’d then narrow down on that for target advertisements.

More advice is to find something YOU actually use or know a lot about, makes it a lot easier.

Hope that helps!

I guess the saying "don't reinvent the wheel" comes to mind. Where can I find these downloads you were referring to. Do you drop ship?

May I ask how long you've been dropshipping. And how's it treating you lol.

theres loads of dropshipping courses available here https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/member-downloads.29/

no not yet im at the same stage as you.
im watching the hayden bowels at the moment who gives good insights, all drop shipping courses are practically the same but their own snippets, these arent reinventing the wheel either.
get jungle scout too can help find demand and competition analytics

Many thanks for the link @jasonrat. I've heard of jungle scout. Have you heard of pexda?.
I've been watching Hayden Bowels too. Think he's been called out as a fake guru no long ago. Some of them fake their results but manipulating Shopify. I'm going to stick with the 2 I have and build my Shopify website Monday. Have you thought of any niches yet

never heard of pexda, i guess most of these masterminders and "gurus" are fake but idf people want to listen let them ive seen so many courses and its all the same, i guess a lot is how they can come across and get a following and become a "guru" in your own right. even get a teachable account or udemy and start copying
I've thought of lots of niches ha, I'm kind of got lots projects on the go which is my biggest failure. was doing amazon research last few days and if you look at some amazon sellers they are balling it in, nice designs, kinda white label too, branding whereas others selling same shit aren't making anything.
that kinda sways me sometimes.

you need to look at what sells in the niche say for example one shop selling one pair of an item, other shop scaling it as a 5 pack item are raking it in big time so lots of factors in play, especially if ur looking at fulfillment or buying 500 or so of item.

I was looking at Amazon FBA but heard the profit margins were and are really small with all the fees you have to pay for after a sale. It's best to buy products wholesale if doing FBA. So I've heard. There's a lot of red tape with Amazon but you will only when you try. Pexda is like jungle scout in the sence that you can find top trending products but what I like the look of is that it also shows you all the FB details about the product, i.e shows how many likes, comments and shares it item has received from sellers, also it tells you all the targeting information for your FB ad and 3 different targets to hit for the item. Check it out, I'm using it on Monday. I'm just catching on with Google AdWords apparently it's better because not many people are using AdWords for their campaigns. I haven't got a clue about it and there's a guy that seems genuine selling his course for £50 but I'll try and find a download link first lol. I've also been in contact with another YTber who doesn't have a course but really shows everything related to Shopify drop shipping and says to add affiliate links to your store. And all the email marketing which I ain't got a glue about lol.
