[Shopify Expert] Please help to edit this

I am trying from last 2 hours how to edit this bar , i can't find this in customize theme and not able to find in edit codes.
Please if someone can help me out it will be appreciated

That is the footer.

You can either customise it in footer.liquid, theme.scss or directly within the theme customizer.

i tried this but i am not able to find anything.

Try again.

It will be there, all shopify themes are required to have an editable footer.

If not, you could try contact the support devs for the specific theme.
