TT and FB still bring the highest ROI if you know how to manage them
I’ve had mixed results. Some people still kill it with FB/TikTok, others prefer push or native for consistency. Depends a lot on the GEO and the vertical. Regarding cloaker — I wouldn’t risk running without them

I’d say just chill on TikTok with a proxy set to the country you’re hunting products for - you’ll start getting local ads and fresh creatives.
Tbh, in most solid aff networks you can just hit up your manager and ask what’s converting best right now, then build from there.
