Information: I saw the promotion he was doing and decided to give it a try. Contacted clevercrazy11 through his e-mail and after a few letters, I already noticed his poor communication skills in general. But I decided to swallow on it. After all, the price was low and as long as I get what I pay for - I'm fine with that.

But it's been nearly a month since I ordered and paid. The seller is ignoring my e-mails now.

There isn't much more to be said, the screenshots will say it all.

My story with https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/clevercrazy11.846417/ started on October 28 2018 I sent him a payment to test his services as per image attached:

From the beginning it was clear you need to push him around:

And he was able to answer... some what..

On November the 6 2018 he sent me a message pushing his services (he actually sent me several offering the package, it was really the only time he had the initiative to send a message)

I clearly told him I was interestes BUT that I would procede just after his deliverance on the first site:

The next day he finished, November the 7

November 21 I sent him the payment for the 5 website package and the information for him to start working on them:

I asked for an update on the 27...

On the 28 he said he had the articles and he would be working on the rest:

November 30 I requested an update:

I asked for another update on December the 3 and told him the other sites were ready to be set up:

I requested another update on december the 5

and another one on december the 6

on the 7 I told him I was going to start a shitlist thread if he did not delivered (somebody else did it first)

One last warning was sent on december the 8:

He finally answered BUT has not deliver ANYTHING.

I've received my website. The bonus I received was 1 extra 500 word article in the website.

My experience with @clevercrazy11 is still bad, the guy is CLEARLY rushing to deliver the sites (I bought the 5 website package) BUT he is not doing any keyword research whatsoever as he offered in his sales letter, so basically he is doing whatever in the sites to deliver them, he has just done 3, but the other 2 are not yet finished, very bad service, I would prefer a refund right now.

I gave money for 4 sites and raised PayPal dispute since he didn't deliver on time. Waiting for his response and if not delivered, I will need to escalate. I wish to get refund. I can post the screenshots if required shortly.

It is actually an update on my initial thread, he is trying to rush the delivery of the sites which were the caused of my first post, if that information it is not relevant then erase the post please, all I was trying to do was to update the case I raised.

I received my website late just as you guys and clearly the service quality was poor. I was thinking of asking for a refund and not even accepting his work.

Clearly, BHW's marketplace administration should take a closer look on this seller. If we're trying to keep the marketplace's standards up to a decent level, I don't think this BST should be out there at all.

He still has not made the changes to the proper keywords he sent me, he has not made any changes to the websites, and he has not send any other message I would prefer a refund at this moment, it is clear that @clevercrazy11 is not going to be able to deliver.

It's easy enough to resolve, you are entitled to a refund.

You have had more than enough time to sort this mess out. I'd hoped after 2 weeks away you'd be back here to fully resolve this.
