Gave him enough time. He's a JR Vip.
We agreed that he would run ads for me. He took 185$ and provided nothing said he'd refund and never did.
He's also blocked me on the forum, if you check his reputation he's scammed others.
Here's proof I sent money and that he said he'd refund and never did, still telling me to wait a few days.
I want a refund of 85$ which he agreed to.

I already informed him and he saw the message two days ago when he will be banned? It's too long now
 
because was VIP i give him extra days as he asked and when time pass I fill claim and the both of ours claims go out. Idk why Bass is waiting so much more time where this guy is online 24/7 on telegram and is scamming other people.

Bass is not one that manages telegram and if they are scamming there that is not something I can control.

I do have a little control here though and he has not been on here.

Yes sir but I already sent to him screenshot of your message to him and he opened it in telegram so he is well informed and won't open his account here cuz he isn't new to this scamming bussiness he already said that he has many accounts which is a disaster to bhw to allow that
