I purchased 2 aged YouTube accounts from members website. Wasn't able to login to either account. I contacted the member via email as stated on his site if there were any issues. No reply. I sent him multiple messages here, and have gotten nothing but the run around. If refunding $7 is difficult for you, then you really don't need to be selling anything.. let's just be realistic.

Hi,

Accounts are working and I tell the customer how he can use them. But he asks refund and we agreed for customer satisfaction. I sent email and messages to him about case. You can check below:

Paypal isn't managed by me and I informed the accountant as I said the customer before. I told accountant today again, he completed the refund process.

Best regards.

Thanks for the update.
We need @klique to confirm this has all been processed.

He's full of it. The accounts weren't able to be logged into. I told him that multiple times. Sent him screenshots of that I wasn't able to login. He just continues to give me the run around. I already told him to just refund the money.

Problem is, he doesn't have it. He's been stalling for 2 weeks. I already escalated it to PayPal. Instead of refunding me the money for both accounts so we both could move on... he refunds 1 account, and trys to buy more time by selecting "return the item to get a refund" .... it's a YouTube account, there is no returning or tracking# for a return. He knows what he's doing... he's been playing games for 2 weeks now over $7 ($3.50 x 2).

So as of right now, I'm waiting on PayPal to refund me for the other account. @Old Pva you're just digging yourself a bigger grave, would of made more sense to just refund the $7... now you may ruined your reputation over a couple dollars.

I am sorry. It is accountant fault. I said the accountant "refund both of orders" that you can check below:

FOXaMNI

There are thousands of customer. I sent thousands of orders so far. There are 67 pages of topic. There isn't any issue like that. Can you think that I am cunning for 3.5$?

Bro, I'm not really interested in hearing your excuses. You've been giving me the runaround for 2 weeks... over $7($3.50x2). I stated numerous times I was unable to login to the accounts, stated numerous times to just refund my money. After a week of you giving me the run around, you respond that you'll refund me within 7 days. That would make a total of 14 days... if you had thousands of orders, and it wasn't that big of a deal you would of just refunded me the money personally yourself, and dealt with it on the backend after. That way you would of saved faced, and not ruined your reputation. But instead you've just continued to come up with new excuse after excuse.

the point in this thread isn't about the $7, I'll gladly send that to a random member here. the point in this thread is to call out sellers like you who like to play with people's money. you showed your hand already when your replied in your sales thread where you for some reason assumed you didn't owe me a refund.

now you get to refund me and ruined your reputation... genius.

and you still haven't corrected the situation. you have all this time to take screenshots and write paragraphs... spend the time logging in and processing my refund.

As you can see our topic's rules, we don't offer people refund after selling the product normally.
The Florida rules says "If you do not post a Return Policy informing customers of your "no refunds" policy, customers are entitled to a full refund if they make returns within 7 days of purchase."
As you can see I don't have to refund your money when you bought working accounts. But I offered you refund for your satisfaction. We always keep the customer satisfaction at the top.

Your refund will be completed. I informed the accountant.

The Florida rule? I don't live in Florida, nor care about what rule it says. BHW rule says give people the product or service they paid for, or refund them their money. Point blank.

You're still grabbing for straws... Reply when my money has been returned. No sooner, please.

I just gave an example of rules. If we evaluate according to the BHW rules. Didn't I send your accounts? What are you talking about sir?

I sent your money from another paypal. https://i.imgur.com/oyRwz9d.png Please close your other dispute.

@MisterF everything is clear? I think I am right for this case so please delete his negative trader and open my thread.

Thanks.

I have no idea what you are smoking quoting ' Florida Rules' but the part I have tagged in green really does need addressing - It is staff who decide about refunds. So unless you have a cast iron, legal no refund policy then stop quoting random so called by laws that do not apply to the forum.

Until he confirms the refund, then clearly everything isn't clear.

His neg trader stands, and your thread will be reopened once a marketplace staff members deems it to be suitable to do so.

That is your call, @MisterF, let me know what you want me to do and I'll gladly handle that request.

First of all, I am sorry I didn't know that forum doesn't allow "no refund" policy because there are lots of "no refunds" policy in the marketplace topics, and you approve their topics. At least you can ask for delete no refund policy from their topics to eliminate confusion.
As I said before I serve people in bhw for 1.5 years. Any issue didn't occur like that so far. Although accounts are working, I offered refund to him but some delay occured because paypal isn't managed by me but I completed refund today.

A no refund policy is fine if you are going to produce but if you do not any reasonable business person refunds.

I've always had one but if someone was not happy I've always refunded without batting an eye. Never even questioned their complaint as if they were not happy I am not happy and taking their money when they were not happy is not how you want to live your life I am sure.

Once @MisterF is fine with how this SL ends I can open your thread again but do keep in mind that if you have an unhappy client that it makes a ton of sense to make them happy/refund them as opposed to getting to a point where they open a thread in this subforum.

It's not a money issue; it's a proper business decision.

I always try to keep customer satisfaction at the top. Unfortunately some delay occured in this case. I am sorry for that. I will do my best to prevent it from happening again. Thank you.

It's his call 100% and I just serve him as a colleague and friend in this matter.
