[Shitlist] Bossesofthebosses Won't Refund Money After Compromising My Accounts

Summary of Dispute
As part of a deal to create 100 Instagram accounts, I asked @bossesofthebosses to include emails that I could use to recovery my accounts incase of verification. Emails Attached to my accounts were lost due to a password change that was not performed by me. @bossesofthebosses attached these emails to my accounts as part of our negotiated deal & claims to have nothing to do with that. Every account alive is in a PV/EV state and only those emails can access the accounts. So my accounts are now controlled by someone else who controls those email addresses: effectively, my accounts are not mine.

. Same thing happened to the other 100 Email Accounts that @bossesofthebosses attached to my accounts. All passwords were changed at the same reference point of (at today's timing) 47 days ago. As these accounts are the only points of recovery, I need these emails. On the flipside, whoever owns these email accounts now effectively own the instagram accounts I ordered.

Resolution Sought
Refund the money paid for this service.

After contacting @bossesofthebosses about this change, I was offered no further clarity about the password change, or the nature of how those emails were given to me. Given no other explanation, I suspect malicious behaviors occurred in the process; especially since they refuse to refund me for attaching compromised accounts to my complete Instagram order.

Additional Info
This shitlist is for the for the following: [HIRE] Manually Create 100 Quality Instagram Accounts. All of our business was discussed on BHW PM. In higher regard, @bossofthebosses was one of few people who appropriately followed my directions for contact. This was an order for 100 Quality Instagram Accounts. In private discussion, they were generally responsive to issues I raised or needed fixed on the order.

However, when passwords get changed that compromise my accounts, and I did not do these password changes, I have legitimate reason to question who did that & for what reason; especially when this happens to every account involved in our deal.

Since I have reasonable skepticism about what happened, and @bossesofthebosses could offer no explanation as to why my email passwords were changed, I declined to consider restitution offers that involved any more labor; I don't need the services that were offered, and I don't want to compromise anymore accounts by working with this person.

The accuser 'forgot' to include some facts here:

Fact 01: I completed the project, I even gave him 60 extra instagram accounts.

Fact 02: I handed over all the emails, accounts, passwords to the accuser on Oct 21, 2021 (163 days OR 5 months, 12 days ago)

Proof: The same screenshot above.

The accuser contacted me on Mar 22, 2022, which is 152 days OR 5 months after I handed over all the accounts to him, saying that 'someone' changed the passwords and it was not him.

Fact 03:

As proved from the screenshot above, from a pm sent by the same accuser,
the insta accounts are asking for email verification & at the same time the passwords of the emails are changed

I wonder why is that? Why all the 100 insta accounts are yours are like this? Did u do something wrong? Did you burn the accounts and now asking me for a refund?


So as simple as it is: It is proven that I handed over the accounts to him 5 months, 12 days ago. So the payment was made & the accounts were delivered. Both the accuser and accused would agree to that. So no reason to refund you here.

So what is this shitlist about? This is about:
Emails Attached to my accounts were lost due to a password change that was not performed by me.

Prove it and I will refund you immediately.

The snide passive remarks at my character is juvenile especially given the real reason the person refused to even consider the refund until that statement (which is in the screen shot). @BassTrackerBoats I'm doing my best to refrain from attacks of character, please mind this in my brief response right now.

I ignore all the comments as to character etc when I manage a SL as those are not germane to the issue... we all should in this sort of situation.

Being dispassionate is being responsible when it comes to a dispute.

@BassTrackerBoats , just an update - read it when you're free, not urgent.

So the buyer has opened a dispute on PayPal. I know PayPal's decision has nothing to do here.

To me it is like:
Buyer paid (Proved)
Seller delivered (Proved)
Buyer disputes/tries to charge back without any proven reason
So as the seller I should be the one who should open a shitlist not vice versa!

Maybe I should open a shitlist now, but I won't do that because if I do that I am sure @bmanfacts won't be able to show any proof against me because I know I didn't do anything and it may not end well for him.

I want to believe @bmanfacts hasn't change the passwords himself, maybe a hacker changed them, or an alien from another universe, or his cat changed them, or maybe someone he knows...there can be million possibilities and nothing can be considered without any proof. I just want him to understand that he can't just put it on me without any proof. Its not fair.

I opened the PP dispute because my time to resolve this issue was limited on that platform. I had no assurances this would be resolved from here before the cutoff date to file from there.

Had a decision been made on PayPal that resulted in a refund, I would've personally considered this matter resolved and asked this be considered as such before it went live.

However, it seems the queue was short for shitlists and it went public at the accused request.
