We totally respect customers privacy but that list was uploaded and even campaign was setup by our team only You can read all your partner chats here, You shouldn't really be worried but problem now is on email panel which we provided is like a clean slate.

Scammed By Customer instavirals.co & cyberce.io ( @BuyFame ) we should be extremely caution while dealing this customers or company.

You cannot force customers to use the services if they are NOT as promised. Also, it is very unethical to share personal information, such as billing addresses, with the public. We would never do that if we were in your position. First, you exposed our list to the public, and we had to chat about it multiple times to get it off.

We can also see you pre-authorized another charge from our card, which we will surely report and take appropriate action since it's a new charge from you while the subscription was already canceled. You activated the subscription again on your own and charged again. As you said, would you open a shitlist? Yes, that's your right, but sharing our personal details openly on the shitlist and charging us again would never be good for any of us.

Rule # 1 of successful business, as we implemented on our business from the very first day, is "The customer is always right." And we do refund when he's unhappy with the services. We asked for a partial refund, but you ignored the fact and chose to keep the money when your services are not as advertised and your customer is unhappy!

Maybe you don't know how counter - dispute works.. Once you call your bank they will explain you everything dont call today cause its weekend call them on business working days.

We agree. but situation here is entirely different or we dont need to prove and counter on every reply you do.
