Summary of the dispute: I paid Invictus $400 for 450 onlyfans subs from reddit. He told me it would take a few days to get all subs, after 17 days I have received 17 subs of which 4 were other models. He said he had a system built out on reddit and had multiple models on the line and more coming each day. It turns out after buying that I'm his first customer and clearly was unable to provide the service I asked for. Every week day for the last two weeks he said he will start posting and the subs will come in but hasn't done anything. He believes because we never agreed to an exact date by which it should be completed that it is no problem.

Evidence: him saying he is ready and has a few girls on the line

he says that it will start on monday October 3rd and will last a few days
October 3rd, 4th, 5th

October 6th

October 7th and here he says he doesn't want to show me his posts for the first time

October 8th

October 10th and 11th

First client, doesn't have the ability to provide the service

I have the exact same stuff for the 12th, 13th and 14th but I can't add in anymore attachments, he refuses again to show me any posts of his even though he agreed to before I paid. On the 15th I asked for a refund

What you hope to gain from this shit list: (State whether you wish to receive a refund or a replacement)

I want a refund. I will accept $384.70 as he did get me 17 subs and the agreed price was $0.9 per sub even though 4 of them were other models.

Summary of Dispute: I paid $400 for 450 onlyfans subs from reddit, each sub is $0.9. After 17 days I have received 17 subs. Invictus told me he was ready to start and he has a system set up which would give me subs from reddit and that it would only take a few days. He said he has multiple models on the line and more arriving each day. It turns out I am his first client and he is unable to deliver the service. He has told me every week day for the last two weeks that he will start getting me subs from reddit but has been unable to deliver and it is clear he didn't have the capabilities to deliver the service he promised. I want a refund as he
been unable to deliver what I paid for and has wasted my time and energy chasing him up every day for the last 17 days.

@Invictus, you have 24 hours to respond to this shit list thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the Shit Lister and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. After Making The Shit List Public

Ok. So, yes, I started my promotion later cause I had some problems that weren't expected since it was automated software, first of all, I never said anything about a timeline for providing them, I wanted to start once my automated system was ready.
Here is the proof that I said I would deliver them in a few days not mentioning a specific amount of days:
Second of all, once I started the girl stopped the tracking link and I was not able to deliver anymore that's why I even stopped delivering until she reopened the tracking link
Also, at the beginning I said this is a test and haven't mentioned any refund policy cause I know I'm able to deliver them as long as I have a tracking link up which this girl stopped, here is when I mentioned the 400$ is for test cause I have lots of expenses to start a promotion:
