i asked them for refund they dont want to even they offer 3 days refund

they promise 3 day money back i requested refund within 2 hours since they proxy does not fit me.
issue a refund on my paypal account
they offer in bhw discount and also refund , refund also is seen on their website too but they do not respect none of them

I want full refund from them

Information For The Accused
@ArmondSP , you have 24 hours to respond to this shit list thread. Refund his money to the account he used to buy whatever those credits are.

Your refund policy to keep their money is BS at best.

this is bs, they say we refund money within 3 days, I paid with paypal they want users to force to keep money in their website.
I can see they did to many people in their thread the same.
I never used their service i immediately asked to refund to my paypal not their website

If you do not have a refund by Monday please post in here but it appears the accused is interested in making this right.

We do need to be fair and give them a minute or so to action the refund.

He refunded me now in paypal after I insisted so much.
I can see many other complains about this seller so I invite other too to reply here and get their refund.
Please keep an eye on them since hes so sus
 
First I added $5 to test the proxy but they told me in their website chat that I have to have a minimum of $12.5 to get 1GB, Then I added another $8.
so total of $13.

Our ToS are straightforward, and we mention them in our dashboard and FAQ that "Payments for Pay As You Go are non-refundable."

In your case, we can only refund your Smart Wallet coins to your account.

Please refund $13, Thanks. No one cares about your ToS here, in this forum, we only care about BHW rules. Your proxy is not good, Also you blocked google, you should mention it in your BST that you blocked Google.

Your ToS is broken.

If any BHW member wants a refund you refund to their payment source.

That is standard policy as it relates to forum members.

I get an email that I will get a refund within 5 days, when I receive the money I will update again.
