I used PRStorm a few times to try and get a few more back links. Today my IP was blocked by the server I was using. I contacted support. The got back to me saying:
Hello,
Your IP was automatically blocked by the server firewall for mod_security hits. This probably should not happen, and I'm moving this ticket to our security department to look into this. In the meantime, you should have full access again.
What the hell does this mean? I also didn't use a proxy when I used PRStorm. Is it possible for them to see that I was running it. Can they than stop hosting my site?
If it matters I'm using SurpassHosting.
Also I ran PRStorm about 2 weeks ago, if it's that wouldn't I have been blocked sooner?
