Sharing ad revenue

Hello friends,

I'm currently thinking about creating a blog, where user's can post their content.
Do you know, if there are any ad networks or possibilties to share the ad revenue? I don't want to be bothered by the whole legal side of things so I thoughts if ad networks could handle that stuff for me.

Adsense allows that but that business model has completely died. You can see the case study of hubpages. They were once very popular but now they see very less activity.

Thanks for your answer! Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything about i on Adsense, but I will try searching it again.
Why did the business model die? Wouldn't it be a win win situation? User gets payed for the content and you are saved from the tax hassle (especially for multination websites)

These days everyone is smart enough to start his own website and keep 100% of revenue.
