I've seen people buy those accounts with stolen cards then they sell them at cheaper than $10 :/
That's the only way to sell them lower than $10 and get a profit :/

Yeah, so it's usually best to avoid those accounts that are cheaper than their original price. One can get in really deep crap if one buys them :|
