Several months ago, I had an experience with my wife. We had decided to get into meditation. One night, she asked me if I wanted to meditate with her. I agreed so we laid down and began to focus in. My method of meditation is a bit unique. I'm not one of these new age people but I do believe that consciousness if fundamental to our reality and that it can have non-local effects. One thing I apply this to is healing. I imagine that I have a transparent blue ball that I use to heal myself and others. It often works, much to my amazement.

So anyway, we were doing this meditation and I was picturing this blue sphere start in the center of my mind, then grow to be as large as the state I'm in, then the country, then the planet, then the solar system, then the galaxy. I imagined that the sphere was growing to the size of the Universe, then shrinking down to my brain repeatedly. After about 20 minutes of this, I heard a loud voice say "Hello!" coming from across my room. I jumped up, startled and scared. I wasn't the only one. My wife had the exact same reaction at the exact same moment. I asked her "Did you just hear?" .. and we both, at the same time, said the word "Hello." At the time, we were out in the country alone. The voice was of a man who sounded as though he were in his 20s or 30s. We both heard the exact same thing. We were too shaken up after that to do it again. The implications, right? This would suggest that telepathy is real. I now believe it is, 100%.

We haven't done it since but I wouldn't mind. She wants to. It was hard to get into that deep state. Perhaps we will again soon. Who was talking to us? I have no clue. I would like to learn more about happened in the future by repeating.

I'm not a fan. I just listened to it, it's too refined feeling. Too sterile. The original had that raw, visceral emotion. Meanwhile, this is...I dont know... Spit shined? Polished? I mean, it SOUNDS like it was made for a movie.

About a year and a half. In that instance, I just cleared my mind completely and then started picturing the sphere doing that. Normally though, I'm moving this little sphere through my or someone else's body (Usually my wife). She used to have heart problems that I would ease in this way. I've also used it to ease various pains in my own body, help heal burns, whatever is going on. There are some really amazing stories out there by doctors of meditation healing people in ways that they doctors could not.
 
I have seen many artists paint dolls to look all freaky only to call them haunted, that price is outrageous. If it's causing probs, you should make it easy to get rid of ;)
 
Hi, The other week i experienced one of those dreams that were true, I person I once was very connected with was pregnant, it was a girl and I dreamt the aprox. date of birth and the place, When I wrote to her, she told me it was all true and was shocked. I wish I could learn to use my dreams to make good decisions in life.
 
It was summer and I was 7 or 8 blowing some bubbles down the stairs with the wand and bubble juice. It was time to wake up my mom for work so I sent my little brother to go wake her up. He closed the door behind him as he entered my parents room. I continued blowing bubbles and I put the bubble bottle on the floor.

A few seconds more I accidently hit the bottle and the liquid spilled all over. That's when the crazy shit started happening. You know when it's cold and you could see your breath in the air? Yeah, that is what wa happening and I was confused because it's summer it's supposed to be hot. The bubble liquid started freezing on the floor. Then the cherry on top I look down the stairs and a shadow not on the wall but like a person runs by in the hall to the kitchen.

I promptly ran to my rents room and cried like that was some freaky crap man. My mom who just came out of the bath was saying why is it so cold and I just silently went under a blanket and my little brother joined me because he thought it was a game. Didn't happen again in that house but it's a memory that will never leave me.
 
@Sophie Any updates with the doll? I think about this from time to time, but I would rather flirt with this concept vicariously.

It was last year, and it's the only time it has ever happened!

I was sleeping on my stomach, "woke up" and felt a presence behind me; but I couldn't move at all.

In my sleep paralysis state, I thought to myself: "welp, at least you can't see it!" and went back to sleep lol.

The important during sleep paralysis is not to get scared if you see dark or white figures around you. Just tell them that you love them and they will vanish :- )

Yeah shadow people are kinda creepy. Once u see them, they stay with you for life.

I'm fortunate enough not to have seen a shadow person.
 
It's been long ago I want to share my death-defying journey on a road when I was travelling alone.

It happened a long 4 years back but still haunting me when I drive alone, till then I was making fun of people who are telling all this fu*** up stories, So let get into what happened, I just bought car and very excited to drive around the city, I didn't used GPS
so was driving on a freeway, then suddenly my got diverted how( till now idea why it happened ) . I have moved away from the freeway and was traveling in a no man's land, no idea where it is leading, no signs, no people, nothing just me.

Ah these kinds of stories always interest me. Stories of like inter-dimensional travel. I always wonder if they're real cuz there's a top 10 stories.

But if yours is a REAL personal story, then I really want u to continue it.
