Okay, just to set the record straight I do not believe in the paranormal or whatsoever. I'm agnostic too.

I've never really encountered any ghost or paranormal since I was young, but I've always been curious about it. So last year I bought this Ouija board from eBay. Now I know what some of you are thinking right now, "Ouija board is just rubbish! Just a marketing ploy from Parker Brothers to sell such junks to gullible people!" Yeah, I had the same sentiments and thoughts exactly, hence I got one to try it out.

So none of my close friends wanted to try it with me so I tried it at home alone. I did the usual thing that most Ouija board users would do - put the planchette on the board and slide it across while asking questions. I felt really stupid at first. After about 5 minutes of trying I gave up and I made a huge mistake here: I did not slide across the "Goodbye" word nor did I say the usual phrase, "This session is over. No communication with the spirits or the spiritual world will continue" or something.

The next day I suffered 3-4 weeks of continuous bad luck - issues with family, fallout with a close friend, felt sick straight for 3 weeks, my new attempts on IM projects all foiled badly, etc. Again, I'm not sure if that's relating to the Ouija or something... it could just be pure coincidence. The board ended up in the garbage as I felt it has a very negative presence. Also, call me paranoid or something but it is after that 'failed session' that I begun seeing strange entities at my home till this day. Like whenever I'm using my laptop to do my work I could see something in my peripheral vision. When I quickly turn towards it it is gone. Maybe my eyes is playing tricks on me? I'm not sure. So far it hasn't cause any harm and my streak of bad luck ended after that one month of ordeal last year.

So yeah... just now I bought a haunted doll from eBay (yeah, you could say I haven't learn my lesson. lol)

I know, I know... some of you now must be saying, "Haunted dolls are fake! Just a marketing ploy to sell cheap looking dolls to gullible people for easy quick buck!" Again, out of curiousity and I'm also collecting one for its beauty!

According to the seller, the doll is a vessel for a gypsy witch (eh?). She claims that the doll was passed from owner to owner because no one could endure the paranormal and haunting activities after receiving her. She even claims one of the owner begun hearing a woman's voice speaking in unoccupied rooms, and even at night.

Marketing ploy, yes? Oh well... let's find out! It's gonna be fun!

I will be expecting her next week or so. Will also update if there's any 'encounters'.

Afraid of paranormal stories

When I was a school ( a long time ago ) some older kids used one. A few days later the headmaster called a school meeting for all kids, which was unusual. He said that one of the boys had hanged himself and the school is banning them.

Never got any story like that. But heard some stories like using genies to attract costumers for a restaurant or shop.

Nothing paranormal here - but I did experience sleep paralysis once.

It was last year, and it's the only time it has ever happened!

I was sleeping on my stomach, "woke up" and felt a presence behind me; but I couldn't move at all.

In my sleep paralysis state, I thought to myself: "welp, at least you can't see it!" and went back to sleep lol.

When I saw my dick for the first time I though it was a monster.

I watched first 3 seasons then moved to other series. How is it after s3?

I used to see ghost in my teens, in my early 20's I had huge interest in after life so I slept on the jungle and many ancient/historic places, at 23 a demon enter my body, sometimes I able to control it, but I lost my interest after I have a proper job and getting married, I dont know whether I able to do so again or not

i don't believe in that shit as well, one time though was going back home at night and a black cat " PARKED " at me, not just once or twice and for some reason i froze for a while and [ shivered ( is that even a word lol XD )] anyways i ran like hell till i reached my house and that was that.

Another time was like 10 years or so back, me and my two friends went to a near mountain to smoke some weed, cause we needed to go far from people at that time, anyways we stayed till the sun fell and then we heared a strange sound, like Krrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. got scared and ran like hell down the mountain, my two friends were O and A .. A was running infront of me and O was in the back, i swear to god i saw O in the front and A in the back it was so mind fucking i didn't go back there again!

Saw my grandma naked.

I've always been a fiercely confident person. Growing up fist fighting seemed to bolster that. Fighting a war, in two separate combat tours, seemed to seal the arrogance deal. My self view was a mix of invincible, unwavering, and alpha. I'd say my spirit animal is a silver back gorilla, or King Kong or the Incredible Hulk.

The experience I had, was a few years past my glory days of serving in the USMC Infantry, as an elite war fighter. Sometime around 2012-2013.

I had woken up in the middle of the night, in a state of sleep paralysis/sleep terror. I was laying on my back. I had the sensation of immobility. I couldn't so much as move my head. Through the darkness of night, I could vaguely see the shape of a dark wispy entity of exceptional darkness and smoke, floating in the corner of the room close to the ceiling. I could sense it was looking at me. Observing me. Studying me. It happened to be in the same direction as my head though, so I didn't need to move it. It couldn't have been more than a foot to a foot and a half in diameter.

I locked eye contact, with what I presumed was the head area of this ... thing. After about 10 seconds, I head in my mind, a low rumbling whisper. "You, are next."

I still couldn't move, although I was trying. My mind filled with rage. "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR YOU SON OF A BITCH!?!" And at that moment, my body was released, and I sprang forward from my position, with enough momentum that I barely caught myself from face planting off the foot of my bed, and enough to scramble out of the bed towards the corner of the room. At the moment of release, the vision/creature/being dissipated into a cloud of smoke.

"I am next you son of a bitch??? HOW DARE YOU!!! I am a WARRIOR! I am the FIERCEST of souls, you will remove yourself from my life, and never return. Or when I leave this world, so help me, I will hunt you down and destroy you myself!"

My wife stirred, and sat up in bed. "Dear? What is the matter? You're dreaming. Come back to bed." It was 3:17am. I layed there, for the next two hours. I had far too much adrenaline coursing through my veins to fall asleep. I looked at my bedside clock, and it was blinking 3:17. I got up and went to the closet, where my wristwatch was. It said 5:30. I carried out my morning routine, a little bit early that morning.

My wife later described waking up and seeing me in a stance like Wolverine growl/muttering, as if I had claws or something, and teased me about it for a few days with our friends. She thought I was sleepwalking or something of the sort.

But I saw what I saw, and heard what I heard. It has never returned.

Since some of you shared your sleep paralysis stories, let me share mine too.

I can't remember if this encounter happened BEFORE the Ouija board incident or after.

After a long tiring day of work, I fell asleep on my living room's sofa. Strangely, it was a 'conscious sleep' - I could hear and sense my surroundings although I was dreaming (forgot what I dreamt about).

Suddenly I woke up in the middle of the night.... I couldn't move at all... all I could see was my living room's ceiling's fan moving slowly. Next thing I know I was back in my conscious sleep and continued the dream I had earlier... then back to reality staring at ceiling... I was going back and forth in this state for like several times. Next thing I know I experienced OBE (Out of Body Experience). I was looking downwards from my ceiling and I see my body laying on the sofa... thats' when I began to panick... then I was back to my body staring at the ceiling.... and the next, the OBE's perspective view. Next thing I know I was mumbling prayers asking God to protect me. Despite not a religious person (as stated in my opening post, I'm Agnostic), I had no idea why I was murmuring prayers... then I was finally back in my body, still in sleep paralysis state, sensing my lips murmuring prayers.... the next thing I know I woke up in the morning and I was so dazed, confused, and totally exhausted.

I never want to experience that again.

Anyway, for those who are wondering... here's the eBay haunted doll I purchased!



She's beautiful, isn't she! Kinda disappointed with the stains near her shoes (I'm a hygiene freak!)... maybe from all her walking ... oh well, at least there's Febreze

Fyi, if anyone is having sleep paralysis problems just start imagining that you're firing bright piercing white light at the entity you see {like in anime}. They hate that

That doll definitely looks like something that is involved with the spiritual world. Very creepy, if you ask me!
