I remember looking into ebay a while back, and do you still get a commission % based off every sale? Or from what I'm reading and understanding, do you only get paid per click now?

I remember for some items on ebay you could get up to 50% commission off of the sale price.

Is CPA redirector safe to use with EPN? I was denied an EPN acct when I first got started (cuz my site was an obvious spam site then) so I think I may need to make a new site and reapply cuz I can think of lots of other ways to make money with this concept.

u guys think that this way to make money through epn is still effective ? since they introduced "quality click pricing" a few months back

  2. The website is functioning, relevant for promoting eBay, and has unique or value-added content or functionality that will drive incremental purchases on eBay.
  3. You are in compliance with the eBay Partner Network Agreement and Code of Conduct.
  4. You have a working phone number and a valid PayPal account or bank account, which can receive direct deposits--you will need this payment information during the application process.
We receive a large number of applications on a daily basis and review each application and site individually. While meeting all of the requirements above does not guarantee automatic acceptance into eBay Partner Network, doing so will ensure your application receives proper attention during the review process.

...so how are u gonna be able to send the traffic thru forums as per OP? (unless you own it of course).
 
The EPC sucks now. If you stert to get a lot of traffic for one day, they seem to not pay you for them even thought you generated sales.

I have a domain that is strictly car related auctions and would like to make a lot more money off of it. It is ranked #2 on Yahoo for "online car auction". if someone wants to JV on it, I would greatly appreciate it. It is currently a BANS site w/ WP autoblog attached to it.
 
What are the best alternatives to Ebay Partner Network ?

Maybe OverStock.com or what would you suggest ?
If I own a forum where there are many topics
for instance on car parts or home appliances,
what would you choose as an alternative affiliate program
to EBay Partner Network ?

I tried Amazon, but it did not work for me...

This looks like a great method. I know someone who is into the whole "trick out my car and take it to car shows" scene, and I could definitely see some of these guys raking up your affilate sales with this method. If I get some spare time I'll more than likely give this a shot.
