shadowbanned

hi, i spammed like 140 posts (girls in lingerie and bikini and shit) on instagram with 30 probably banned hashtags + used jarvee with really low delays, now i dont see my posts in hashtag feeds even when using one hashtag like #mybrandname
thing is i waited like month without using this account at all and its still shadowbanned
should i delete my previous posts with banned hashtags or something?

I'm still trying to figure out why you were shadow banned in the first place.

i mean its not like i added 140 photos in hour, it was like week or 2
can i do something about this or im permanently shadowbanned
