I have checked them using other account that not following them . i have another one with 15000 followers get shadowbanned and i loged out for more than 2 months . i just log in today and i removed the old hashtags and reported a problem for 3 times . i will post and test it if it works or no . i dont use bots so may be using the same hashtags or affiliate shareasale or people report me

I had success with resting an account like you said for 5 days so there is truth to it.
I log out for 3 days and i delete all old hashtags and reported problem but still shadowbannedIt might not be the actual logout but the fact that you're not doing anything with the account for 3 days and you let it rest

what kind of shadowban did you have though? The one where your posts don't show up in hashtag explore page by an account not following you?
I just discovered that I am shadowbanned. My posts don't show up in other people's feeds. I did the shadowban checker and saw that about 50 of my posts were banned that had my hashtags in the comment section. The posts that had the hashtags in the caption were fine. Fucking Instagram.

I got lucky - I had a friend that works at FB. So my shadowban is lifted. But my result is very very extraordinary. Be CAREFUL!!

OP - what did you do before getting shadowbanned? Perhaps they recognized your account behavior to match that of bots.
