Shadow-banned caused by fact-checkers

• Remove ghost followers from Follow/Unfollow?
• Engage with content of account who engaged on my most popular old post?
• Change my IP or wtv? (don't know nothing about this)
• Change my device (That would be expensive lol)
• Use VPN or disconnect my wifi?

I would suggest switching the kind of content you post, try getting shoutouts from the right week and post viral content that would get a lot of shares.
Once you switch the content and start getting more likes and shares from real people, the algorithm will realize that you are back on the right path and bless you with higher engagement!

I've switch from business to personal account and posted a story right away who got 700 views and right after i think they flagged me cause my 2 next stories had 80 something views.

I'm deactivating the account for 3 days until Sunday to see if it help. I've also deleted all flagged stories that were in my archives. I've deleted all hashtags on all my post.

I don't know shit about proxies etc. Some says to create account or go on insta via the iphone or macbook browser instead of the app?

Would some of these ideas help?:
