Hi everyone!!! I would like to discuss the topic of sex education, anatomy and health. These are very important aspects of our lives and sometimes they are not covered enough in educational institutions. I think that understanding our bodies, knowing about contraception and protection against disease, as well as issues of consent and understanding in relationships can have a big impact on our health and well-being.
I'm interested to how sex education is going in your areas. It just seems to me that many adults are facing problems now because for us in schools this topic was shameful, boys don't know how girls grow up and vice versa.
Are these topics covered in the educational program of schools? Are there any positive or negative examples you have encountered? At what age do you think we should start learning about our bodies?

P.S In our school there was no talk about it at all, and at home in my family nobody explained to me anything about sex and sexuality

I think we have passed the system where sex education isn't a thing of shame anymore.
 
Jokes aside, sex education should be mentioned in schools in terms of 'what is consent' and maybe 'is consent enough?'. But sex education should be thought at home. You can't throw this at teachers, this is part of parental responsibility to educate their kids about these topics in a safe environment.

In our school times, we didn't have sex education. We just picked up what we seen in the Television, Adult Movies.
