Everyone has their reasons and stuff. So there isn't really a blanket reaction.
My advice is, try to make friends with a girl you see who has low confidence. They're probably going to agree to sex even if you're just friends after 1 month of hanging.
They don't have to be ugly lol, if they're skinny, shy, and wear glasses -- those are hidden gems. If they're wearing thick glasses, everyone's first impression might be that they're ugly, but if you look closely at them, you'll see they have a pretty face if their glasses were off. Nab those.
If you're worried about your age and still being inexperienced, something's gotta give -- and by that, I mean your standards.

I don't think you should really care if you've had sex or not, regardless of age. So you're older then most who have already had sex, who even cares you know what I mean? If I were in your shoes, I would just keep holding out until you found someone you actually liked. If you have sex with some random girl, you'll feel really crappy afterwords man.
