Setup anonymous company in UK how?

No risk for me
I just don't have to pay taxes
But since they're the company director, can they do something with your bank accounts, or sell your company, or shut it down, or basically do bad shit which you don't agree with?

Literally, every single response here is wrong. The lack of knowledge of corporate structures is unbelievable.

Guys, if you're going to post on this stuff, make sure you actually know what you're doing and have done this before.

The mentioning of a "subsidiary" by someone for example. This has nothing to do with anything.

A company in the UK needs a minimum of 2 things :-

1) A director
2) A shareholder

A shareholder can be another company, and this is what a subsidiary is.

A director cannot be a company. It must be a person.

It does not need to be the same as the shareholder. It can be a nominee director.

However, the problem with UK Ltd's is they require a "PSC" register. Not a single person even mentioned that here, which makes me think not a single person has even created a basic Ltd company in the UK.

PSC register is "persons of significant control".

There is no way around this. You can't list a company or a nominee. It has to be you if you own more than 25% of the company.

I'm sure there's ways around it by using a complicated structure, but if you're at that level you'd have already made a call to Deloitte.

If you want an anonymous company then create a New Mexico LLC. Not even the US gov will know you own it.

Of course if you open a US bank account, you will disclose to your bank, and then the US gov will probably find out, but this generally isn't a problem.

Even if a US LLC owns a UK Ltd, you still need a person on the PSC register.

You can’t set it up anonymously. The only thing you can do is to open one on another name. If you need this service, let me know I can do that for you.
and this is an illlegal action,so you steal someones information from the web and trying to pretend is him,it is easy for you to selling this service but the receiver can face serious issues with law, even if he tries to be anonymous sometime he will get busted

First of all, you’re in a Black Hat forum, not a police station. So don’t talk to me about legal or not. Second, people are being paid to share their information, nothing is stolen and they’re aware of potential issues. None of my customers have ever faced any issue, don’t state things that you have not experienced before.

But if a person doesn't actually own the company as its owned by a South Dakota trust, then wouldn't there be no one to include in the PSC register?

i dont believe anything you say newbie, you are trying to make it beautiful ,and blackhat doesnt mean illegal, thanks

We do not allow illegal activity on this forum so they are free to share + you are selling illegal stuff according to how you are obtaining what is required for an account.

It must be the person behind the trust who owns more than 25%.

UBO of a legal entity are the natural persons who directly or indirectly hold or control a stake of at least 25% in the capital or of at least 25% of the voting rights of the company, or who undertake the de jure or de facto management of the legal entity.

It can't be a trust listed. It has to be a person. Someone has significant control and that person has to be listed. The only way around it is if no one owns more than 25%, or with some very fancy setups. It's meant to prevent exactly this sort of thing.

Edit :-

This is how you get around it - https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5uylYZv

second edit:-

In fact, here you go - https://share.getcloudapp.com/WnuZzdoD

But it's not "simple". It can be done, but you'd need to seek a REALLY serious accountant to set this up, and it won't be cheap. At least $4k-$5k+ if not more.

But the only way someone could find out who's behind the legal entity once you've got that setup would be by court order, so it's secure unless you're breaking laws, and if you are.. You have bigger problems.

Even if you manage to establish your legal entity without revealing your identity your plan will crash into pieces when you come to open an account in any bank and they ask you "WHO is the ultimate beneficial owner", you need to have a trusted UBO who will put his face and ass everywhere where needed, this is how anonymity looks like today :D

Trust funds operate quite differently, their is Trust/beneficiary which is a very unique aspect of the law in the UK
