MachineLord has written multiple tutorials about how to set one up and Reinstacker has done similar tutorials but for adult picture autoblogs.

Mate you are asking some pretty brad questions. I have run a few adult tubes and they are the least profitable website in the adult niche. I use my tubes and pic dumps for traffic, thats it.

Its hard to create tube site , you need hosting , domain and few scripts. and getting traffic is biggest pain.

I heard hosting one costs some serious $$$ unless you embed the vids from another site like xvideos or something like xnxx does.
