Settings of Cloudflare

Just wondering what is the right settings for cloudflare to avoid seo rank plummeting. I heard that if the settings is wrong the rank will also go wrong. Does anyone have a tutorial or link for the best settings in cloudflare? So many articles and videos about this on google and youtube but don't know which one is right.

You probably haven't heard right, because there are no special seo settings for cloudflare

cloudflare does not hurt your seo. basic settings are just fine
