I recommend using agency accounts, they have strong accounts and avoid bans as much as possible, and avoid wasting your time because they will work very quickly

In my opinion you should use a stable proxy, it will not change IP when you log in from multiple devices, I am using adspower and this is completely fine
 
While your approach sounds you covered everything, it may surprise you sooner than later. There is a reason people buy aged accounts. No matter how good your method is, new accounts running ads are always red flag and FB will ask your id to verify the account in no time. So better buy and use aged accounts and rest of the things you're doing seem perfect to me. Oh and use mobile proxy intead of residential if possible.
 
Yes, i may appreciate your thinking. But get the proxies good enough and better the FB account be aged one.
 
It's better to use accounts with spending history, or you can look for agencies, there are many agencies that can support you.

You only need 1 account with a clean spending history and proxy
 
You can use Dolphin Anty to manage your account. Give your account at least a few weeks to become active before adding a credit card and starting to run ads
 
You need a clean proxy, and after creating an account you need to wait 1 day then come back to add tags, wait 1 more day you can create an interactive campaign with 1 nature photo, please turn off the campaign before post it
