Setting up a proxy. Help?

So ive decided im going to start making a few pages. I tried before but i didnt set up properly - no proxy all on one phone, no bot etc. So im about to get a proxy and an aged account but how do i use the account on the proxy. Am i being completely stupid and missing something, please explain

You're probably going to need a bot to run your accounts actions on proxies.
