Servinio - cpanel not loading

    Anyone experiencing the same problem? They are NOT responding to tickets and the cpanel links are dead. D.E.A.D. How will I make backup of my sites and transfer to another hosting now? Ever since they got bought, everything went to shit.

    move with another host, i use to be with them but now i moved to servikus.

    Ah, that sucks dude! How long have the links been down? Hopefully at best they are not responding to tickets because they are busy trying to fix the problem rather than that they have run off.

    I know it doesnt help you now but it goes to show why you always need copy of your website offline/away from your provider - even if you just have a plan in place where you take a manual backup to your PC every month or something......

    I've been them for a long time, but in the last month, only problems. Links are down for a few days for me, can't do anything. Yeah, lesson learned!

    You need to check your email. Servinio has been sold to another company called edgeserv or something.
    If you have not change your DNS, then your sites will be down.

    And the new owners customer service is POOR. I have some cash stuck in my servinio, once it is used, i will move!

    Yeah, I know. Migration caused my sites to be down for two days. New shit is not working at all. Working on some backups right with WP. I hope I will be able to make it.

    I hope owner got good money for that site otherwise I would hate my business going down like that. Damn, such a shame.

    I don't know what to do anymore. Cpanel is down, support is not effective.
    Even if I want to migrate to a better service, I could only wait until it is back up to retrieve my important files.
    Did not foresee this so it's definitely on my account for not backing up my files regularly.

    I left them a week ago after the merge they had, every one of my sites were always down and I'm glad I left them. I'm surprised you guys haven't left yet

    Just got an email from them:

    "Hello. If you're experiencing slowness in support ticket responses, we are deeply sorry. I am out of the country on a wedding/honeymoon and our co-owner who also answers tickets is driving back home to spend time with family due to a sudden death in his immediate family.

    We appreciate your continued patience. Expect replies in a few days when I am back in the United States and back from my wedding/honeymoon.

    you realise the point of backups is to do it before they go down in order to instantly restore your site? what the point of trying to do a backup when the servers go down?

    I didn't realize the fucking cpanel was down dude. Sites are up, only cpanel is down. I'm just not satisfied and I wanted to move and I wasn't able to create backup.

    I have the same problem as you. Now 2 website of my customer is down and I can go to Cpnel to get the backup files.
    My customer complained me so much. I submit 3 tickets but got nothing from their support. They also automatically change the status of ticket to Close.

    They also sent me an email to notify that their support will be have a long turn around time due to their employees was in honey moon ....

    What I can do now ???
