Hi BHW,

There are a number of services on offer around the website.

If you want pure White Hat SEO how can you tell if a service fulfills this requirement?

For example I am looking at Link Building specifically.

There is no 100% white hat link building. Ask the seller how they build the links.....there are basically no white hat links anymore, even journalists and the media are selling links in the news reports.... Thank Google for that.
 
So if that is the case, and you want to increase ranking. Is link building a suitable solution? Or are other options a better option?

The website I have is an Authority site. It floats on Page 2 of search results.

I am looking at SEO Services to improve this ranking, but am really not interested in anything that could end negatively.

I understand there is always some risk. But some risks are better then others...
 
Gauging that risk is what differentiates good SEOs from the bad.

I've made tons of stupid mistakes, but then you get a feel for it. All SEO services come with a risk, it's up to you to read their BST's and make a good choice.

Talk to the links provider and ask questions...make your decisions when you are 100% sure.

The only white hat links I am sure of are the ones I made myself. You need to check the methods that the service provider uses.
 
Any advice on the types of questions to be asking and what to look for?

Obviously the person providing the service needs to meet the suggestions in regards to their profile as outlined in the forum information.

if you want purely white hat seo its impossible you have to do it manually for best results
 
one way is to do it yourself.

other way is to use a service that you can trust.
 
Funny how people want a white hat service for......wait for it.....link building.

Black Hat
Safe bet black hat
Build a site and pray to God it ranks

Okay your three choices.
 
They should build the links manually and you should receive a full report when completed.
 
Do not use a word white hat any more, because at a min you think about building links for your site it becomes blackhat...so just stick on the work link building which is much better..
