Services offering installer

Hi,
I'm brand new to all this but I'm looking forward to getting into it.
Recently I've built a small piece of software and the original plan was to sell the software and/or license it out.
However, the likelihood of anyone purchasing this in the modern age of open-source software seems unlikely, if I did that I wouldn't be expecting a flurry of people willing to put down cash.
That's when I remembered from the many times I've installed stuff before, often I'll see an option for installing some other programs right inside of the software installer. I'm assuming that someone is making money here, Is there any way I could advertise software in an installer and make money for it.
Does anyone know any services which offer this?

Those are called bundled offers. I think most of them are done directly between software producers. You should find popular software like FileZilla for example, and reach to them.
