Services/blasts for foreign language characters

Hi there world;

I'm wondering if there is a list of services that allow foreign language characters such as Στρώματα and things like that.

If we could get some gigs and services list; and provide it on this thread that would be helpful to a ton of people.

Many gigs don't allow foreign characters but do not even ad a note on their sales page. So I have started this thread after the frustration of ordering 4 and having them all tell me that they don't allow this.

Don't get me wrong - I love BHW but it would just be nice to have a neat list for our overseas projects.

I think SEnukeX will work about 60 - 80% of the time with foreign characters.

many gigs on fiverr - giving you 1-2 backlinks seem to work. it's very time consuming to build a campaign this way but it works if you do it right.

also I've noticed that NHSEO works ok for foreign characters.
