I was with hostwinds they suck. I don't care what most people here are saying my website gets offline for some kind of "ddos" even if my website didn't get ddos. They asked me 110$ per month for ddos protection,LOL,for that money I can buy dedicated server lol. I tried siteground they are good but they have 100k maximum visitors per month, and my website got offline few times because it was using cpu power or something like that.

Now,I bought vps with server4you,and their support is NON EXISTING! My website was working fine and then they change something and my website got offline and they telling me they don't have to fix it. LOL

Is there some hosting with good support that have near 100% on time? That are fast, and not so expensive. Also I would like option if I could buy addition ip address, that would be cool! So I can host more sites under different ip address!

Is there some good hosting? Thank you!

Hey,

I am sorry you were unhappy with our service, we are 100% dedicated to client happiness. If your IP address was null routed due to an inbound DDOS attack, it means that your website saw an inbound attack of at least 2Gbps. The reason we need to charge you for DDOS protection services, is bandwidth is very expensive, and the cost to sustain even a 2Gbps attack (most are 10-15Gbps+) is quite high. So in order to offer all of our clients an amazing service, and keep our prices low, we must charge users who have their websites directly attacked. Clients usually only have to add this protection for 1 or 2 months, and then the person attacking their website will see its not working, and stop.

Our 24/7/365 support team is always here for you if you ever decide to use us again, and I wish you the best of luck in your search for a provider to meet your needs.

Of course you are going to think about some stupid reason for what you did, still that doesn't my website never got ddos on any other hosting,so its not about website ;)

Any good vps hosting websites?

take a look in the marketplace and look at hosting with high positive feedback, sure you will find a good one :D

I recently moved to WiredTree and have been pretty happy with them. Their support is 110% better then anything I've ever worked with!!

Always with the support. Load time is your money line, the quicker the load the more cash you make. Even mediocre hosts rarely go out enough to cause major hiccups (most are up 99.5% to 99.9%) but a load time that's consistently slower by even 1 second will cripple your income significantly every minute of every day.

I think people should be focusing on load times first and foremost if you care about the bottom line and settle for any decent level of support. If a site is down constantly to warrant the need for award winning support then it's not the right host to be with in the first place.

Go cry somewhere else but when you do happen to have a problem with say moving to ANY new host and their support is dog trash how long do you think you'd wait for a simple response of "I'm looking into this right now"?

With wiredtree I was having dns issues and they had me sorted out with 3 different possible solutions within 20 minutes.

FYI: When I moved from a Cloud vps from Asmallorange and (to this wiredtree vps) managed to speed up my website by 2 seconds roughly.

Take a look at Powerup; we use them for some of our sites and are pleased.

They offer a good product and support is pretty strong as well.

I'm with DreamHost! It's cheap, easy to set up and reliable! I've heard some people complaining that it's slow, but I haven't experienced that myself. My sites are all optimized for speed and load super fast. Of course, I use caching plugins as well, but that shouldn't make a huge difference.

If anyone wants to sign up with Dreamhost, then use the following promo code: BHWSP50OFF (it takes $50 off if you sign up for a year)

do you want to get rid of ddos attack? do what i do, build crappy websites they wont disturb you :D

dont wanna call anyone out here but some of these hosts skimp out a bit and will down scale you if they can. so if you pay for something you dont need theyll just down scale you and use your boxes elsewhere. If you dont like who youre working with maybe try digitalocean. ddos is its own thing though.

To find the hosting that fits your needs best, I'd highly recommend

Perhaps you are unaware but it is against the ToS here to promote another forum.

You may want to edit your post above.

Done, although I may add that this was a totally unsolicited recommendation. You are right anyway, rule is rule, no exceptions.

http://blackhathosting.net/ Out of all hosting I have used, this one is best, no downtime, responsive support, you can get dedicated ip for 1.5$ month, nice hosting control panel. As well I agree with BTB, I have good experience with Poweruphosting as well and he is memeber here, good support, most of the time he answer fast in skype.

Bad experience at list for me Hostnine, Ipage

if you want a solid support (manage services)
go with liquidweb, not cheap butvery good servers and support
with 100$ i think theres a vps on liquidweb can support your budget
if you want more cheaper
i will suggest https://www.dediserve.com
use their cloud servers its similar to vps
their support is okay too, but unsure if its managed or unmanaged service

and for ddos issue you cant escape it if your ip is naked,

take a look at my signature, ddos protection on all servers.
