1. There is no such thing as a SERP manipulation tool
2. You won't be able to A/B test anything using any such tool because Google inserts randomness and looooong periods between changes, so you can't determine what caused what.

I've used a handful of the SERP manipulation sites out there like serpclix.com, searchseo.io, and serpempire.com. They are all good and work really well, it just gets expensive over time. I just got this tool from www.traffic-tools.com and it does what all those sites do and more features to help with seo to rank better. It's a little more expensive, but since you buy it, you can use it unlimited without having to keep paying those other companies every month
