Hi everyone,

I've started this thread to share my experience, as our niche is WHITE, but it's been tricky to find information and experience, as if it's hidden behind a locked door...

So I thought I'd tell you a bit about myself and how we test offers, as well as the main points we use in our work.

We've got a team of 10 people.
All of our team members have at least two years of experience in search arbitration. Before that, we all worked in different G/B HAT niches five years min.

P.S. Our ts is Facebook

Before we become as a one team we used to work with rsoc and afd feeds.
Then I have beed trying to get explore ads , tonic, ads.com , cross roads (domain active),
It's pretty tough to get EXPLORE ADS RSOC feeds these days, as they don't accept new partners...... so we are still waiting for reply

... so we decided to make the best of what we had and hit a snag. As you probably know, TONIC offers low payouts to new partners and expects you to make lose a lot of money
Even though we have a lot of experience, we still have to fight every day and run hundreds of campaigns a week. We're looking for high payout offers and keywords to work with...

The idea behind this thread is to share experiences and also to understand different opinions and approaches.

So I'd like you to share your thoughts openly.

Offers:
1. SPY-services + offers that We've worked in different geos , mostly it's Europe.
I'm wondering if any of you have experience working in Asia, Africa or Latin America? DM ME
Tests:
We test around 10 creatives at one time, with a budget of $30-50 for one campaign.
Scaling:
1. Once you've reached 50 conversions with positive ROI, you can start increasing your budget up to 30% each day/2 days/3days

I want to say to those who are just starting their adventure and will start working with feed providers just like we did - you will have a few months of moral depression because it will not be easy to get into +(in profit) with a normal volume (at least 30k spread per month), and you will be successful if you analyse the numbers correctly, count all the expenses, develop the team gradually and test carefully.
I can say for sure that training, normal sleep and proper nutrition will help you at this time. Since we are all computer nerds, don't forget about training because it will help you to keep yourself in good shape in the first place.

Longread but I write what I think.

There is no easy money. Work is the key to success.

This is all about my experience.

Maybe you will get bigger results faster and I just wish and want you to do this !!!!

good to see this thread about optimization for search arb, I'm working with tonic and system 1 from last 3 months.

for tonic you seems a bit right, we have to test alot of campaign there but hardly few of them are green.

You are 100% right, I told some noob not to start because this is not an easy money industry anymore not won't be in the future, you will 100% lose money, and they don't believe. Remember, unless you are familiar with this, don't start is the best strategy to save money. Try to work for an agency if you really interested. If you think you can make money with a few dollars, stop dreaming.

If you have experience in any ads running - then it wouldn't be a big problem to find a team.
Just try to search through LinkedIn , change your details in profile that you are working is search arb and just wait till someone will write you. In few days you will have a lot of job offers ))

What's the standard RevShare between feed owner (I have Tonic &S1) and a media buyer?

Currently buying my own media, but want to expand.

Yes, this is true. We only make a very little profit after half year of working in Arbitrage.

Very nice! Will keep an eye on this thread. Thanks for sharing.

Last year, TikTok was easy money, but now it's much more challenging. Rsoc was amazing until March of this year, but now it’s mostly white ads. The frequent policy changes make it a lot of work to go through all the creatives each time.

I’m also running an AFD feed on Facebook.

For beginners, payments are usually on a Net 30 basis, so if you have a 20-30% margin, do the math.

One thing I’ve noticed that isn’t being discussed much here is deductions and clawbacks. If you’re not following policy and you get “caught,” your earnings might be put on hold for 60 days, and you probably won’t see that money again.

I’ve experienced clawbacks for reasons like “Google issued a clawback to us, so we divided it among publishers.” I never even ran the keyword that Google gave the deduction for, but I still got hit with it.

What's up guys ?
Small update which can help someone if were struggling to have good profit last 2-3 month.
Now it's a good time as everything is working A WAY BETTER than before.

Hi guys,
Diving in the business, complete noob in search arbitrage, but with 10+ years experience in browser extensions distribution and monetization. It's been a month since I started, so far I have 2 AFD feeds (no one giving RSOC to new guys from the beginning now). I tested up to 20 campaigns and only two of them are profitable. That's not easy, for sure, but doable))

2 out of 20 are profitable? You are already a lucky guy. I guess none of them are scaleable though.
