These are two very very big questions. To make it 'friendly' for search engines, you want to visit Google's webmaster guidelines. Since you're on a black hat seo forum, I doubt you like their guidelines though.

To improve the conversion rate look into split (A/B) testing. This is the only way to improve conversions, unless your site has something blatantly wrong with it to start with.

Maybe you should read the stickys on this site and read books on SEO that are for beginners, if you don't have a more specific question, then you probably need to learn the basics first...

Please lower your font size a little so we can read your question. Start off by making sure your on page seo is done. Put keywords in your URL's,Title,H1+ and Meta descriptions. Then gradually start building niche related links to your pages.
