SEO-work: Who would you recommend?

Hi

I own a little business website that from time to time drops a bit in rankings - it needs SEO ones in a while.
I've tried about 5-6 different companies over the years, but I am not impressed.

As far as I have been told, it's not a very competitive keyword - so it should be possible to create some longterm ranking.

What I am looking for is more than just link-spamming.

*Site analyze + robots.txt + html code structure etc.
*Longterm powerful ranking.

Who would you recommend?

I usually do all my own seo work. If you want, I could take a look at your site and see if there isn't a quick fix to your problem. I've also got a few solutions in mind but don't know which one applies to your situation as I don't know why you're site drops every once in awhile.
 
If you're looking to get someone to manage the campaign for you, just pick someone on the freelancer websites with good feedback. If you don't want someone to manage it, use the services here on BlackHatWorld.
